Terms of Use

The defined terms used herein will be given the definition provided in the Site Agreement.

User’s access to the Site is provided only for the legitimate business purposes of the Site.

Access to the Site will be monitored and recorded by Licensor and/or its designee.

According to Harland Clarke’s security policy, User will be required to change his/her password every sixty (60) days.

User may use the Site only for its intended purpose. Licensor may terminate any User’s access to the Site for misuse of the Site by User.

User is prohibited from:
(i) providing any access to the Site to any other person or entity; and
(ii) publishing, broadcasting, selling or otherwise redistributing downloaded information or materials to the Site for any commercial purposes; and
(iii) accessing the source data upon which the Site relies; and
(iv) modifying or attempting to modify any portion of the Site, including but not limited to the source data upon which the Site relies.

User must not disclose his or her login or password information to another, nor shall any other person use a login or password that is not assigned to him or her.

User must notify Licensee of any material violation of the Terms of Use of the Site.

Levels of access to the Site is at Licensor’s sole discretion and will correspond to the minimum level of access that allows Licensor and its User(s) to accomplish the purpose of the Site Agreement on the Site.

The information published on the Site is confidential and proprietary to the relationship between the Financial Institution noted herein and Harland Clarke and neither of these two parties will share this information with or distribute it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

The Terms of Use may be modified from time to time by Licensor with or without notification to Licensee and/or User.
